| Description | : Fr. Thomas Madanu started a balbhavan in a rented house at
Gatta, which is 40 kms from Ettapalli, in August 1991, in order to facilitate the schooling of the children of near by villages. Fr. Thomas Punchayil started the balbhavan and shifted it to the new building in 1994. The SMS Sisters started a convent here in 1997. It was looked after from Ettapally as a substation until it was established as a mission station in 1998. |
