| Description | : The mission station at Brahmapuri, a sub- divisional headquarters was founded in 1966 by late Fr. Daniel thottakara CMI. The FCC of Ernakulam province came here in 1968. Christanand dispensary started in 1968 became a full-fledged hospital in 1984. the FCC sisters render their service in the Christanand English Medium School( withdrawn from Hospital service in 2014) and now sisters from various congregations (SH, SHSp) are working in the Christaand Hospital. the Sisters of the Holy Spirit established their convent and have been rendering their service in this hospital since 1990. In the year 2012 a new wing was inaugurated for the hospital |
